The bed and breakfast accommodation at Manor Farm Stay is located in the predominantly 18th century farmhouse. The farmhouse is in a peaceful rural setting surrounded by fields, which are grazed by sheep and cows at various times of the year.
The bedrooms are on the ground floor and first floor, all having lovely views, wooden floors and en suite shower rooms. The sunny Garden Room is an ideal place to read the newspaper or to enjoy some bird-watching. The well-established garden is a nice spot for a wander, and maybe a chat over the fence with our friendly free-range hens and ducks. By evening you may be lucky enough to see the resident owl and some amazing starry skies. We also welcome well-behaved dogs in some of our rooms and there are lots of dog-friendly beaches nearby.
We are a cyclist, runner and walker friendly B&B and there are numerous tracks and routes in this area (many of them flat!). We can provide lockable facilities for your bikes.
We are unable to offer electric car charging facilities but can direct you to the nearest charging points.
With just three rooms at Manor Farm Stay, you can be assured of a warm welcome and as much peace and quiet as you want.

£90 per night - double/twin
£80 per night - single occupancy
£110 per night - family occupancy, 2 adults and 1 child aged 2-14 on an air-bed
£130 per night - family occupancy in Sheep View, 2 adults (king-size bed) and 2 children aged 2-14 on a double sofa-bed.
Children under 2 stay for free, a travel cot is available.
