From Alford direction A111: turn right at the roundabout onto Station Road A52 OR from Mablethorpe direction (via Sutton High Street: turn left at the roundabout onto Station Road A52.
Proceed for 0.4 mile or 0.65 km, past Sutton-on-Sea Primary School on the left (advisory 20mph). Past tractor turning signs. The lane to Manor Farm Stay is on the right hand side immediately after the bend. There is a Manor Farm Stay sign at the end of the driveway.
From Huttoft direction A52: Proceed past Sandilands Sea Lane turnoff for 0.7miles or 1.2km, this will take you past the leaning St Clements Church on right and Jordan Grove on left. The lane to Manor Farm Stay is the second driveway on the left after the ‘road bends to left’ road sign. There is a Manor Farm Stay sign at the end of the driveway.
