Covid-19 Guidelines

Please follow the current government advice for minimising the risks regarding Covid-19, in particular:

Wash your hands frequently and use hand sanitiser

Adhere to social distancing guidelines, 2 metres or 1 metre with mitigation (e.g. face masks)

Do not travel here if you or anyone in your household have any Covid-19 symptoms or have been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms within the last 14 days.

We have systems to ensure social distancing, please follow our instructions. Please be aware that we will be using PPE, it is entirely your decision whether to use PPE.

During your stay

Your bell tent and the facilities have been cleaned and disinfected and any items quarantined for 72 hours where appropriate. An antiviral disinfectant conforming to EN14476 is used for all areas.

If you feel ill with Covid-19 symptoms at any point during your stay please inform Rachel or Dom (preferably by phone) and follow the written procedure provided in your Welcome Folder.

No visitors will be allowed to the Glamping site.

We have been advised to remove unnecessary items to reduce the risk of touch contamination so all cushions and blankets have been removed, along with local information magazines and leaflets.

For local information, please consult the Explore document in your Welcome folder or ask for information about local attractions. www.visitlincscoast.co.uk is a useful resource.

Please supervise your children at all times.

Breakfast

Takeaway breakfast orders are requested by 6pm the evening before, please text your order to us or come to Reception.

Eating Out

With reduced seating available in local restaurants it is very advisable to book ahead.

No hot food (takeaways etc) may be taken into the bell tents.

Check-out

Check-out is 10am which is slightly earlier than usual to enable time for deep cleaning.

Before vacating your bell tent, please open the doors to encourage ventilation (weather permitting), remove all personal items and put rubbish in the bin.

Thank you for your help in ensuring everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay!
