Manor Farm Stay is a dog friendly B&B and we have our own labradors Willow and her daughter Bracken. Bracken's sister Bonnie lives nearby. Our labradors do not have access to the B&B areas of the house or garden, unless you wish to meet them.
Not all of the bedrooms are dog-friendly so please contact us first.
If you prefer not to be around dogs then please rest assured that visiting dogs are not allowed in the dining area at breakfast time and must be kept on leads at all times.
A few doggy related requests (B&B):
Only well-behaved dogs are welcome.
We have an enclosed garden but dogs must be kept on a lead due to other guests and farm animals.
There is a charge of £7 per dog per night, maximum two per room.
Dogs are welcome in the B&B rooms but are not permitted on chairs or beds so please bring their own bedding. Flea treatment must be current.
Dogs must not be left alone in the B&B rooms and are not permitted in the Garden Room during breakfast time. We suggest you put them in your car when they are not with you (weather permitting) or in the garden.
Please pick up any dog poo and put it in the bin provided
Please wash and dry muddy paws using the outside tap. We can provide towels if required.
We do not charge a deposit to cover any damage, so please be respectful and tell us if your dog causes any damage/mess. You will be responsible for any damage and extra cleaning required.
After the rules, here is the fun!
This area of the Lincolnshire coastline is doggy heaven…long golden sandy beaches, adventurous sand dunes and dog-friendly cafes and restaurants.
We asked Willow and Bracken for their recommendations:
"Sutton-on-Sea - Dogs aren’t allowed on the central beach 1st May to 30th September because it has to be kept nice and clean for visitors. We don't mind, it’s nice to walk along the promenade on our lead anyway."
Bracken barks "Huttoft Car Terrace: No doggy restrictions on this long sandy beach. There's a nice car terrace, where we often sit in the car after our walk and watch the sea…until the smell of wet dog becomes too much."
Willow woofs "Moggs Eye & Marsh Yard: I love Moggs Eye! There are no doggy restrictions and I learnt to swim here (by accident). The beach is long and quiet, the sand dunes are great fun and there are countryside walks as well."
